What are the legal costs?

Leigh Day offers the claim on a no win, no fee basis:

• If unsuccessful: You will not pay Leigh Day’s fees (subject to terms).
• If successful: You will pay 30% of your compensation (excluding VAT) plus expenses.
• Cancellation: You have a 14-day cancellation period once you sign up.
