Who can join the claim?

Most people who live in the area or regularly use the waterways can join the claim, including you if you:

• Live near the rivers
• Live near a large poultry farm
• Live near sewage infrastructure e.g. a combined sewer overflow
• Rely on the rivers for hobbies and leisure
• Have a business which has been adversely affected because of the pollution
  
  

Examples of eligible claimants:

• A homeowner near the river affected by the pollution
• A business losing customers due to the declining health of the rivers
• A swimmer or angler unable to enjoy the rivers due to pollution
