Can I still join after the judgment?

No, we are unfortunately not taking on any more diesel emissions claims with the
exception of Volvo vehicles. This is because the cutoff point that was ordered by the Court for
adding claims to the Group Register for those manufactures has now passed. Only owners of
Volvo vehicles can still join our claim. Volvo owners can check their eligibility here.
