How long could an appeal take?

Appeal timelines vary and can extend the overall case timetable. Given the size of the litigation we would anticipate that appeals will be expedited, and we will confirm in the normal way if our estimate for the length of litigation will change.

If an appeal is pursued, we will explain the stages (permission decisions, any hearing dates, and possible outcomes) and what practical steps, if any, clients need to take during that period.
