Will everyone receive the same amount?

We do not know as this is dependent upon further findings by the Court and/or the attitude of the Defendants. There may be a flat compensation amount. Alternatively amounts could vary by vehicle, ownership/lease type, if you purchased from an Authorised dealership and the period of time you had the vehicle in possession.

If the Court sets a tiered/banded approach, we will explain the bands and how a client falls into each one. If the Court requires individual assessments, we will explain what that involves and how we will make it as simple as possible for clients.
